I believe that our health is directly affected by the quality and diversity of foods we eat. If we nourish our body and make better choices now, it will benefit us in the future. I am a registered nurse and completely obsessed with food. I follow a pescatarian diet that is mostly plant-based and non-GMO. However, I encourage everyone to follow the lifestyle that best fits them. Consistency, self-awareness, and balance are three important factors in maintaining health and happiness. Trust me, I’ve struggled with all of the above and sometimes still do. Everyone has their own story and struggle, but uplifting each other can only help. This page will include recipes that I’ve made, food products that I swear by, and advice about how a healthy diet has benefited me throughout the years.
